As _**Growth Optimisation Manager CRO**_ , you'll champion experimentation, CRO programs, A/B testing and behavioural insights to improve conversion rates and power personalised, high‑impact digital experiences. **What You’ll Do** * Optimise digital sales funnels across priority retail products by diagnosing friction points and delivering A/B and multivariate experiments. * Lead experimentation end‑to‑end – design, build, analyse and translate outcomes into actionable improvements. * Generate insights and performance analysis using dashboards, attribution data and behavioural metrics to inform “next best actions.” * Collaborate across Product, Digital, Marketing and UX to implement enhancements and uplift the customer experience. **What We 're Looking For** * Exceptional CRO and digital optimisation expertise with hands‑on experience in experimentation, analytics tools and funnel diagnostics. * Customer‑centric problem solver with a data‑driven mindset and the ability to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations. * Cross‑functional collaborator who works effectively with stakeholders to drive outcomes without formal authority. * Technically confident operator with proficiency in Adobe Analytics/GA, tagging, QA and optimisation
