What You'll Do.

Own HubSpot as the operational backbone of marketing

Develop and maintain marketing automation

and campaign orchestration to support pipeline growth.

Ensure database health through ongoing deduplication

suppression management

and compliance with GDPR.

Maintain accurate lifecycle definitions

and pipeline structures to ensure reporting and forecasting integrity.

and optimise paid campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn Ads

Monitor campaign performance and reconcile advertising spend with pipeline contribution and revenue outcomes.

Continuously test creative

and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.

Experiment with emerging advertising formats including LLM-driven or contextual placements as they evolve.

Own the operational health of the website including structure

Manage GTM implementation

and event instrumentation.

Ensure the website is optimised for both human buyers and AI-driven discovery through structured data and machine-readable content.

Build and deploy landing pages

and AI-assisted email campaigns aligned to target personas and buying stages.

Manage email marketing execution including segmentation

We are now looking for a Growth Operations Lead to help drive pipeline generation, optimise marketing performance, and ensure the operational backbone of our growth engine runs with precision. Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the UK or Canada. ### Role Overview The Growth Operations Lead sits at the centre of Gatekeeper’s demand generation engine, owning campaign execution, marketing operations, and website performance. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building, launching, and optimising campaigns while ensuring our marketing infrastructure — particularly HubSpot — is structured, automated, and operating effectively. Working closely with the Head of Growth, RevOps, Product, and the wider Marketing team, you will ensure every lead is accurately captured, scored, routed, and tracked throughout the funnel. This role requires an AI-first mindset, where automation, tooling, and data-driven experimentation are prioritised to maximise efficiency and performance.
