Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and data-oriented Growth Operations Lead to join Bybit’s Earn experience with wealth/investment products is strongly preferred Solid understanding of financial products, particularly crypto-based offerings (e.g., savings, staking, structured products, DeFi yield) Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools Systems thinking: ability to translate business challenges into scalable, structured solutions Strong execution capability with a results-driven mindset in fast-paced environments Proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Nice to have Experience from leading CEX platforms such as Binance, OKX, or Coinbase Familiarity with DeFi ecosys
