Must Have
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Strategy, or a related field., Deep knowledge of the US Gen Z culture and trends., You know TikTok like the palm of your hands., A desire to learn how to envision, articulate, and document compelling creative strategies., Comfortable with (or eager to learn) analytics and benchmarking tools to interpret data, draw insights, and understand what drives performance., Ideation skills with the ability to turn observations and insights into powerful hypotheses and out-of-the-box ideas., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of helping craft clear briefs and persuasive recommendations., A collaborative spirit with a versatile you are a fast learner eager to innovate, iterate, and constructively challenge the status quo.

Previous internship experience in a similar role, strategy, or product/creative marketing is a plus.

Transform strategic insights into clear creative briefs rooted in benchmarking and ideation
Help generate structured
insight-driven creative briefs based on your benchmark analysis
and ideation sessions.
Contribute to defining the weekly guidelines
and execution standards for creative production.
Conduct and continuously update extensive market benchmarks using internal tools and third-party platforms to spot high-performing creative trends early.
Analyze top-performing competitor creatives in the social app space
providing actionable insights and identifying storytelling patterns to fuel our team's ideation.
Benchmark primarily within the social and dating app landscape
while also drawing creative inspiration from broader mobile ecosystems.
Participate in auditing existing creative workflows and suggest fresh ideas to maximize our creative output and impact.
