Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in startups, growth, operations, GTM, or related areas, Highly proactive and resourceful, Comfortable learning independently, communication and organizational skills, Able to operate in fast-paced startup environments, Comfortable handling ambiguity and changing priorities, attention to detail, Bias toward action and execution, Being AI-forward is mandatory for this role, comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, etc., comfortable using AI to solve operational and workflow problems, comfortable working with MCPs, AI tooling, and integrations, comfortable building lightweight tools/workflows with AI assistance such as Claude Code, comfortable automating repetitive work wherever possible, comfortable learning new tools quickly without needing constant guidance
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead, Notion, Airtable, Customer. io, etc., Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make, Experience supporting startup growth or operational functions, Comfort working across multiple business areas instead of a single narrow role

Full Job Description
We’re hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work across growth, operations, systems, automation, experimentation, and AI workflows. This is not a traditional role with rigid boundaries. We want someone highly adaptable who can solve problems, learn quickly, figure things out independently, and help the company move faster across different areas. You might work on workflow automation one day, lead enrichment the next, operational cleanup another day, or help support outbound initiatives when needed.
