Your job is simple to describe but hard to execute: help companies go from idea to product-market fit and scale revenue fast. You will install and run a repeatable growth system across multiple ventures, working side by side with founders to improve acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and requires someone who has already built and scaled companies before. What You’ll Do Work directly with founders to define ICP, positioning, pricing, and offers Build and improve funnels across acquisition, activation, and retention Identify what’s not working quickly and fix it Drive testing, experimentation, and iteration across all ventures Install a consistent growth system across the portfolio Track performance across companies including revenue, CAC, activation, and retention Push founders to execute faster and at a higher standard Ensure each company is moving toward product-market fit and revenue growth What You Bring Experience scaling a product from 0 to $5M+ ARR
