Must Have
1–2 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, demand generation, event coordination, or a related area — or a recent graduate with internship or project experience in these areas, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant work experience as outlined, Hands-on experience or familiarity with Salesforce. com or HubSpot for data entry, record management, and reporting, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence, written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable reaching out to prospects in a professional, personable way, Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment, with great follow-through, comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for drafting outreach, summarizing research, or helping organize data
Nice to Have
Experience supporting B2B marketing at a SaaS or technology company, Familiarity with account-based marketing concepts and target account strategies, Experience coordinating or attending in-person field events (dinners, trade shows, roundtables), Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and how they can help teams work smarter
What You'll Do.
Plan and bring to life field events
Research and book venues
and follow-up communications
Keep event registration organized
Support coordinated sales outreach initiatives
and account data accurate
Log inbound leads and event attendees into CRM
Support HubSpot workflows
Pull reports and dashboards
Send outbound email invitations and nurture sequences
Partner with SDRs for event lead follow-up
Organize and maintain prospect and account contact lists
Coordinate with vendors
Manage shipments and event materials
Contribute to campaign briefs and materials
Keep project timelines and task trackers current
Use AI tools to draft communications
Summarize research using AI
Assist with content using AI
Surface campaign performance insights using AI
