Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Equivalent practical experience, Performance and growth marketing experience, Scaling paid acquisition across major platforms, Experience managing or scaling Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing programs, Working knowledge of SEO and ASO fundamentals, Analytical skills with deep understanding of growth KPIs, Experience with attribution models and performance, Experienced with large datasets, Experience using tools like Excel, Experience with campaign automation, testing, and experimentation frameworks, Ability to apply learnings at scale, Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, Manage competing priorities, Communicate clearly in high-pressure or ambiguous environments
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own growth performance and commercial success
Drive user and revenue growth

Collaborate and align with Expansion team/STOs
Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies
Manage paid acquisition campaigns
Manage affiliate and influencer marketing
Provide strategic oversight for SEO and ASO
Own end-to-end campaign and investment execution
Manage market budget and forecasting
Optimize scale vs. efficiency
Identify and scale new growth opportunities
Translate global playbooks into locally relevant initiatives
Partner with local agencies and internal teams
Test hypotheses and refine localization
Improve performance based on market insights
Oversee affiliate and influencer performance
Manage partner onboarding
Evaluate partner performance
Optimize ROI for affiliates and influencers
Build working relationships across teams
Navigate differing perspectives
Communicate recommendations clearly
Leverage tracking and analytics infrastructure
