Bolt Food is building one of Europe's fastest-growing advertising businesses across 16 markets, and we need a Growth Marketing Manager to own the engine behind it. You'll turn thousands of restaurants and stores into active advertisers, building the demand-generation, lifecycle, and self-serve systems that take Bolt Ads to scale. About the role Bolt Food Ads is scaling fast, with a cumulative revenue ambition of more than EUR 200M over the next three years, growing across Merchant Ads and Brand Ads in 16 markets. To reach that ambition, Merchant Ads needs to move from a sales-led motion into a marketing-driven growth engine, where merchants discover, adopt, and reinvest at scale. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the demand-generation, lifecycle, and self-serve adoption funnel for Merchant Ads. Reporting to the Head of Ads hands-on with SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms; Looker experience is a plus. You have a proven ability to align with Sales or Account Management teams, building enablement materials and pipeline systems they actually use. You are a clear, compelling communicator: able to write copy, decks, case studies, and narratives that translate complex ad products into simple value for merchants and internal partners; experience in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms is highly preferred, and exposure to multi-market campaigns across Europe or CEE is a plus.
