About the Role: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute multi-channel programs that guide developers and enterprise customers through their journey with Vercel—from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. Your work will directly influence how customers experience the platform, ensuring they realize the full value of Vercel’s products. You’ll partner closely with the Growth Product Team, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Data to deliver personalized, impactful lifecycle communications that scale globally. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to impact both revenue and customer engagement. What You Will Do: End-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned & paid channels to drive activation, adoption, and long-term retention. Segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver timely and relevant messages to developers and enterprise stakeholders. Develop and maintain customer journey maps to identify friction points, optimize touchpoints, and design end-to-end experiences that drive conversion, retention, and loyalty.
