What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing, understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies, Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments, Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or similar, analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, interest in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or emerging technologies
Nice to Have
Experience in AI, deep tech, SaaS, or developer-focused companies, Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise GTM motions, Experience building marketing systems from scratch, Knowledge of automation tools and AI-assisted workflows
What You'll Do.
Build and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies targeting enterprise accounts
Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline through campaigns
Design and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Develop scalable acquisition funnels across paid
and outbound channels
Own experimentation across acquisition channels and continuously optimize CAC
and engagement metrics
Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn
Drive SEO and content growth initiatives focused on AI
and enterprise transformation
Build growth loops and scalable marketing systems
Own marketing reporting
Track and improve campaign performance using data-driven insights
Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions
