Must Have
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech, Proven growth track record — you've turned marketing budgets into real, measurable pipeline, Fluent with AI tools and automations — actively use AI in your day-to-day for content, research, ops, analytics and campaign workflows and you build automations to compound your output instead of just adding headcount, Deep fluency across paid (Google, LinkedIn), SEO, content, email, lifecycle, events, webinars, web and outbound, Data-driven to the core — comfortable with analytics, attribution, and making every decision from data, Experiment mindset — you test, measure, learn, and move fast, brand and content instincts — you know great copy and positioning when you see it, Hands-on operator who can execute today and build a team tomorrow, Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience marketing to financial institutions or regulated industries is a plus
