THE OPPORTUNITY As our Growth Lead, you will own and scale Honey Homes’ growth engine by turning paid acquisition into a predictable, efficient, and increasingly scalable driver of business growth. This role is for a quantitative growth operator who combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution. Paid acquisition is your primary lever, but your real job is improving the efficiency and predictability of growth across the business. You understand unit economics, attribution, experimentation design, conversion systems, and scaling mechanics. With this foundation, you effectively turn insights into impact.. You’ll be hands-on with all paid channels and downstream conversion. You'll be supported with best-in-class agencies, creative partners, and engineering. You should expect to directly influence leadership decision making and product development. We’re looking for someone who is AI-native, highly accountable, and equally comfortable building campaigns, analyzing funnel data, managing partners, and identifying the next growth lever for the business.
