10+ years of marketing experience, at least 5 years in a growth or demand gen role at a high-growth tech company, Proven success managing enterprise programs at scale, B2B foundation paired with B2C instincts, Experience in matrix organisations and complex sales environments, analytical skills with demonstrated pipeline and revenue contribution, Technical proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms, Deep knowledge of demand generation methods and multi-channel campaign execution, Data-driven approach to decision-making that drives marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives, Proven experience with B2B organic and paid channels including LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms, and vertical-specific platforms, Excellent communication skills, comfort working autonomously in fast-paced environments, Comfort building internal tools and workflows with AI, Low ego, high direct, collaborative, and focused on outcomes, Bachelor's degree (e. g. Marketing, Business, science, or engineering)
