What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in a B2C or fintech environment, Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms, analytical skills with experience optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics, Proven ability to run structured creative testing and translate insights into scalable growth strategies, Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teams, AI fluency in daily workflows, Drive and proactivity
What You'll Do.
Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
and bidding strategies to drive efficient acquisition across CPA
Run high-volume creative testing in partnership with Social and Creative teams
