Full Job Description

Job Description The role You'll own Didit's acquisition channels — activating new ones, managing and scaling the ones that work , and turning them into a steady flow of signups and pipeline. It's a hands-on role: you run the channels yourself, watch the numbers, and double down on what's working. What you'll do Activate and manage acquisition channels — paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, community, and whatever else moves the needle. Scale what works, cut what doesn't — measure each channel and double down on the winners. Grow signups and pipeline — drive self-serve growth and feed qualified leads to sales. Own the numbers — keep a clear picture of what's working across the funnel. What we're looking for You've grown a real funnel before. You've owned acquisition and activation for a SaaS, developer-tools, fintech, or API-first product and moved the numbers — not just managed an agency. You're analytical and hands-on. Comfortable in analytics and attribution tools, fluent with funnel math (CAC, LTV, conversion, payback), and able to design and read an experiment honestly. SQL or a willingness to learn it is a plus. You can run paid and organic. Practical experience across at least two of: paid search/social, SEO/content, lifecycle/email, partnerships — and the judgment to know which to bet on. You write clearly and persuasively. You can produce a landing page, an email, or an ad that converts, and brief others to do the same. You're self-directed and fast. You'll own the growth function early; we'll give you the product, the budget, and the autonomy. You can sell a technical product to a technical buyer — or you're hungry to learn identity/KYC/AML, compliance, and fraud well enough to. Nice to have Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, marketplaces, or iGaming — our priority verticals. Familiarity with product-led growth and self-serve + sales-assisted motions side by side. Comfort with the modern growth stack (GA4, attribution, CRM, lifecycle/ESP, paid platforms
