What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, whether in-house or at an agency, analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with data and translate it into clear, practical recommendations, A solid understanding of online marketing channels and how they connect across the digital funnel, The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment, with a hands-on approach to getting things done, Clear written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, with experience working across teams and functions
What You'll Do.
Drive and optimise growth marketing initiatives across channels
covering the full funnel from acquisition through to retention
Analyse campaign and business performance on an ongoing basis
translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Build and contribute to business cases that inform budget decisions and support the exploration of new growth opportunities
and document structured testing initiatives
and messaging — to improve conversion and optimize campaign costs.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working alongside local and global teams; Collaborate closely with the local growth team, creative teams, and global marketing counterparts to develop and iterate on campaigns; experience working across teams and functions; Communicate findings and test results clearly in writing, ensuring decisions across the team are well-informed and evidence-based
