Role Overview RZR is looking for a Growth Manager to join our China team and own a portfolio of accounts across our mobile advertising platform. In this role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your book of business — from campaign performance and product adoption to long-term client strategy and relationship development. Reporting to the Hiring Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Analytics, and Product teams, and serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your assigned clients. Key Responsibilities Revenue Retention & Growth Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering opportunities that result in long-term growth across your assigned portfolio Accurately forecast revenue and maintain pipeline discipline using Hubspot and internal tools Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team Client Ownership & Strategy Own end-to-end account strategy, including relationship mapping, upsell/cross-sell plans, and short- and long-term growth initiatives Serve as a
