Google Ads / SEM ownership, manage large-scale campaigns, paid social, remarketing, display, emerging channels, own a vertical end-to-end, mentor analysts, build the operational playbook, high-spend account, optimize and rebuild, lead a team, manage campaign structure, bid strategy, keyword expansion, ad copy, channel mix, Google Ads, Bing, paid social, remarketing, onboard new analysts, run weekly syncs, review account changes, define best-practice standards, technical and strategic anchor, lead the team's expansion into remarketing (Google Display, RLSA, Meta custom audiences), coordinate with Eitan on Facebook/Instagram campaign strategy, work with the BI team to automate offline conversion uploads, lead the shift to value-based bidding across verticals, run structured A tests on copy, audiences, landing pages, and bid, document learnings, build and own weekly vertical flag anomalies, escalate risks, present a clear narrative on what's working and why, own the testing calendar for PMAX, AI Max, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, make the go/no-go calls with the Head of Performance Marketing, SEM demonstrated GPM or ROAS improvement over time, meaningful experience beyond pure search — paid social (Meta), remarketing, display, or PMAX — or a clear track record of expanding into new channels, 1–3 years mentoring or managing junior analysts / account managers, experience in loans, insurance, credit cards, or other regulated financial products, written comfortable in an async-first, remote collaboration with a US-based wider team, Bachelor's quantitative or business background

scaling Meta/Facebook campaigns alongside Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Performance Max or AI Max campaigns, TikTok Ads or YouTube performance campaigns, comparison/marketplace platform, affiliate network, or lead-gen company, managing US/EU financial verticals remotely
