The company recently raised $50 million in Series B funding, led by Keith Rabois at Khosla Ventures, bringing its total funding to more than $80 million. *This is an existing vacancy ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring an Growth Lead to own how Spellbook generates and scales enterprise pipelines, designing programs that reach the right buyers, create urgency, and translate directly into revenue. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll build account-focused campaigns that work across email, events, content, paid media, and outbound, while partnering closely with Sales to make sure marketing activity turns into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals. This is an ideal role for someone who has built demand gen programs that move enterprise buyers, knows how to work hand-in-hand with sales, and wants to own a pipeline and revenue number. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on enterprise accounts across legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms - Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, content, and outbound support - Create and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts - Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on target account strategy and build campaigns that support strategic opportunities and expansion efforts - Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs designed to gen
