What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or data-driven product marketing, consultancy or entrepreneurship, Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention through full-funnel optimization, analytical mindset, Experience designing and executing A tests, marketing experiments, and lifecycle campaigns, understanding of growth frameworks and sustainable growth principles, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Fluent in English and Ukrainian

Your Mission We’re looking for a Senior Growth Lead to drive sustainable, data-informed growth across the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention - and take BlaBlaCar to the next level in Ukraine. You’ll own the local growth leading and partner with global teams on settings the strategy end-to-end, blending analytical rigor with creative experimentation to unlock new opportunities, optimize performance, and build scalable systems for long-term success.This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing, business, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure that every stage of the funnel contributes to a seamless and engaging customer journey.
