Ми запускаємо fintech/payment продукт із crypto-модулем для користувачів у Європі. Зараз шукаємо ключову людину, яка допоможе побудувати growth-напрямок з нуля та запустити продукт на ринку Іспанії. Це не класична “marketing manager” роль. Нам потрібен autonomous operator? людина, яка: - вміє запускати нові продукти та ринки; - не боїться хаосу early-stage; - може самостійно організувати execution; - розуміє, як будувати acquisition через community, referrals, influencers та partnerships; - готова брати ownership за результат.
