Click here. ## You will have impact and fun at work by Helping us craft and execute user acquisition strategies to welcome new players to our mobile games. Supporting the team in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Mintegral, and AppLovin. Learning to track key metrics like CPI, LTV, and ROAS to understand how our campaigns are blossomed. Contributing to creative A/B testing and experimentation to find the best ways to connect with our audience. Partnering with our data and product teams to keep our shared game goals beautifully aligned. Assisting with App Store Optimization (ASO) and SEO efforts to make our games easy to discover organically. Staying curious about the latest industry trends and sharing new marketing ideas with the team. ## Experience and skills we are looking for A university degree (or currently studying), preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. A shared love for mobile games and a big interest in learning about user acquisition. A natural comfort with numbers and a supportive mindset for collaborative problem-solving. Basic familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads. A foundational understanding of mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust or AppsFlyer. Good skills in Excel or Google Sheets to help us keep our reporting clear and organized. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to connect with our team. ## It would be nice if you also have the following skills Previous experience or familiarity with A/B testing and optimization tools. An understanding of creative testing, user segmentation, or retargeting strategies. Basic knowledge of organic growth strategies and App Store Optimization (ASO). ## Additional Information You'll work in a hybrid setup
