Explore the opportunity below and apply today if you meet the qualifications! * Position: Growth Head * Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore * CTC Budget: 20–24 LPA (maximum) * Experience: 8–12 years * Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; up to 30 days maximum Title: Head of Growth Marketing(financial or investment Industry) You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention, developing and executing innovative growth strategies, and leading cross-functional efforts to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize funnel performance, and ensure seamless alignment between strategies and execution. Additionally, you will analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve measurable growth outcomes. ## Qualifications * Expertise in Growth Marketing and Customer Acquisition strategies * Strong capabilities in Growth Hacking and leveraging data-driven insights * Proven success in Sales and Business Development to drive growth objectives * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing growth initiatives * Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills * Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative internal and external partnerships * Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 8 - 10 years expereince * Experience in the financial or investment sector is mandatory
