Full Job Description
Mirka is looking for a Growth Hacker to strengthen the growth marketing team. Mirka manufactures and sells abrasives, sanding tools and related services across the globe. As our growth hacker you can help take Mirka to the next level when it comes e-commerce and growth marketing . In this role you work with an array of growth marketing activities with a special focus on growing Mirka’s e-commerce business together with other marketing professionals and our digital development teams. In practice this means driving scalable, data-driven growth with a strong focus on e-commerce performance, and to own and optimize digital marketing activities across channels to increase traffic, conversion and revenue. The growth marketing team works closely with Mirka’s daughter companies across the globe. You will have the chance to work on for example e-commerce promotion in USA, lead generation in Europe and creating brand awareness in Asia during the same day. Main Responsibilities: * plan and execute e-commerce campaigns across paid and owned channels * build, optimize and scale online advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc) * ensure tracking, attribution and conversion measurement are correctly set up * drive growth through experimentation and funnel optimization (lead generation, selling more to existing customers) * shared ownership of customer engagement platform (Braze) * lead SEO/GEO development and optimization of [mirka.com](http://mirka.com) and related content to increase organic traffic * own marketing analytics and dashboards To succeed in this role: * You have 5+ years in growth/performance marketing * You have worked in e-commerce and are familiar with different ways to grow e-commerce sales * You have an [B.Sc](http://B.Sc) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field * You have analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and user behavior trends to generate creative ideas. * You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver. * W
