### Growth Executive **Function** : Paid Social | Meta & TikTok Advertising | Performance Marketing **Reports to:** Growth Strategist **Core Responsibility:** Deliver profitable and sustainable growth for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands by leading commercial strategy, customer acquisition planning, creative direction, and performance marketing initiatives. **KPIs:** ROAS, CAC, MER, Spend Efficiency, Client Retention **Salary:** £52,000 – £62,000 DOE **Location:** Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to our London office (The Roundhouse, Camden) ### We’re building something different at Launch With Us.
