Growth Engineer (North America) 🎯 About the Role We're looking for a Growth Engineer to be the engineering counterpart to our Growth PM — the person who actually ships the onboarding flows, paywalls, experiments, instrumentation, and lifecycle integrations that move our most important numbers. You'll write production code across our full stack, but your unit of work isn't "tickets" — it's user activation, free-to-paid conversion, retention, and channel-level efficiency. This is a high-leverage moment to join. We grew revenue 7x last year, we're launching OpenArt Director (our new "vibe directing" category), and we're expanding into Brazil, India, and Europe. The growth surface area is enormous and almost none of it has been seriously engineered yet. You'll sit with the Growth PM, the Growth Designer, and our marketing and lifecycle leads — in person, in the Bay Area — and report into the founders. 🎨 ABOUT OPENART OpenArt is a leading AI Creative Platform for visual storytelling, used by millions worldwide.
