Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Translate high-level business priorities into actionable projects, systems, workflows, and repeatable operating processes. Build, launch, and optimize growth initiatives, customer outreach programs, and account nurturing strategies. Improve conversion funnels, customer journey processes, CRM workflows, and operational handoffs across teams. Lead projects related to brand visibility, communications, founder-led initiatives, social presence, and external engagement. Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and operational cadences that drive accountability and decision-making. Create scalable playbooks and automation workflows that transform one-time initiatives into sustainable growth engines. Leverage AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and operational technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining strong human oversight. Identify business bottlenecks, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and ensure resources are focused on initiatives with the greatest potential impact. Collaborate across growth, operations, marketing, and leadership functions to align execution with business objectives. Continuously monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and refine systems to improve performance and scalability. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, Founder’s Office, or a similar strategic execution role. Demonstrated success building and owning workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, operational processes, and business cadences. Proven ability to take ambiguous business challenges and transform them into structured plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes. Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, project management systems, and operational software. Strong analytical mindset
