Leverage AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and operational technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining strong human oversight. Identify business bottlenecks, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and ensure resources are focused on initiatives with the greatest potential impact. Collaborate across growth, operations, marketing, and leadership functions to align execution with business objectives.
