Must Have

5 years of experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Go-to-Market Operations, Founder’s Office, or similar, Demonstrated success building and owning workflows, dashboards, reporting systems, operational processes, and business cadences, Proven ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes, Project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, project management systems, and operational software, Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate priorities and identify high-impact opportunities, Excellent communication skills with proactive approach to stakeholder management and project visibility, Ability to operate independently, manage shifting priorities, and maintain momentum, Solid understanding of business, growth, customer acquisition, messaging, and go-to-market principles, Problem-solving skills with bias toward execution, experimentation, and continuous improvement
