5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, BizOps, or a Founder's Office role with genuine GTM ownership, Proven track record of building workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences, Experience breaking down undefined problems, Comfortable with CRM, automation, and project management tooling, Marketing and business intuition

What does not change is the expectation: you see what needs doing, own it, ship it, and turn it into a self-improving system.
