Full Job Description
We're looking for a high-calibre, high-agency person to join our GTM team. You'll work directly with the founding team to build Antimetal's presence from the ground up — how we show up in the market, the content we produce, the events we run, and the channels we own. This is an early, high-ownership role. The right person is hungry to build, comfortable with ambiguity, and cares about getting the details right. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues — giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Shape how Antimetal shows up across content, social, events, and partnerships. - Run highly efficient experiments across channels and tactics, eventually doubling down on what shows traction. - Plan and execute events — from intimate dinners to tech conferences. - Identify and build partnerships with communities, tools, and ecosystems our customers live in. - Create compelling content and campaigns to help Antimetal cut through the noise and reach a wider audience. - Track what's working, kill what isn't, and document what you learn.
