About The Role Headway's Care Partnerships team is on a mission to become the behavioral health partner of choice for every health system in the US. We make it easy for care management, social work, and clinical teams to refer their patients into high-quality outpatient behavioral health care — and we're growing fast. We recently proved that cold outbound is a powerful, scalable channel for generating new health system partnerships. Now we're building a dedicated Growth Associate team to fuel that growth. As a Growth Associate, Care Partnerships, you'll be the tip of the spear — running high-volume outbound outreach to connect with care management leaders at health systems across the country and booking the meetings that drive our pipeline.
