### ### Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Marketing & Growth Strategist to lead our client acquisition, marketing, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand presence, drive client acquisition, and support the growth of our recruitment and outsourcing services. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has experience building marketing funnels, managing client and vendor relationships, and can create scalable growth systems that contribute directly to revenue generation. ### Key Responsibilities ### Growth & Client Acquisition Strategy * Develop and implement growth strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue. * Identify new business opportunities, target industries, and market segments for recruitment and outsourcing services. * Design and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels. * Create systems for prospecting, nurturing, and converting potential clients. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to drive growth initiatives. ### Marketing Strategy & Planning * Develop and maintain the company's annual and quarterly marketing plans. * Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. * Create and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. * Establish positioning and messaging strategies for recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing solutions. * Collaborate with leadership to align marketing objectives with overall business goals. ### Marketing Funnel Development & Optimization * Design and manage end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to conversion. * Implement lead nurturing strategies using CRM and marketing automation platforms. * Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey. * Develop landing p
