Built for diagnostic laboratories, imaging centers, clinics, and hospitals, Dashlabs.ai serves as the operational backbone for diagnostic providers across the Philippines and is expanding its footprint into Indonesia and Malaysia. We build robust, scalable infrastructure to streamline healthcare workflows, optimize diagnostics, and improve patient outcomes. Engagement Overview Dashlabs.ai is retaining fractional Growth and Industry Consultants to advise on and accelerate platform adoption across the Philippine healthcare ecosystem. This independent consultancy role is designed for senior healthcare professionals, medical directors, and industry executives who possess a comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows, operational bottlenecks, and institutional procurement structures. The Consultant will provide strategic guidance on market expansion, evaluate institutional readiness, and lead high-level partnership initiatives. This role allows established practitioners and executives to maintain their primary clinical or corporate commitments while driving digital transformation and operational efficiency within the broader diagnostics sector.
