About the Role The Growth Activation Specialist is the execution arm of the Growth Marketing organization. This role is exclusively focused on activating and accelerating partner-led, corporate, and audience acquisition campaigns across outbound and direct engagement channels. This role exists to ensure campaigns don’t stall after launch. You take fully baked campaign strategy and turn it into action — through phone, email, LinkedIn, and coordinated sales and partner outreach. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field & Partner Marketing, Account Executives, and partners to drive engagement, meetings, and pipeline velocity. This is a hands-on role built for doers.
