Must Have
4-6 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or FP&A, Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field, Excel, financial modeling and analytical skills, PowerPoint presentation skills, Excellent communication and soft skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, sound commercial judgment, Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work effectively across parallel projects, Proactive mindset, willingness to take initiative, assume responsibility, contribute across a variety of business matters
Nice to Have
Master's degree (MBA or MSc in Finance), Professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar)
What You'll Do.
Support senior management in the day-to-day business and financial matters of the Group
providing financial analysis and insights to support effective decision-making
Support the evaluation and execution of high-impact strategic projects
including M&A transactions
debt financing and refinancing transactions
and corporate transformation initiatives
Contribute across all stages of transactions and projects
including financial analysis
business plan preparation
internal coordination
and execution support
Liaise with internal departments across the Group’s companies to collect and consolidate financial and operational information
prepare accurate and timely management reports
and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
Monitor market developments
and macroeconomic factors relevant to the Group’s operations
and investment strategy
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects across the finance department
