About the role: We are looking for an energetic and sales focused Group Sales Manager to join our team here in Melbourne. A key role for the business, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, drive sales revenue and maintain and grow client relationships across your portfolio of accounts. You’ll be a true ambassador of JCDecaux’s values and behaviors, demonstrating and building on our foundation of a strong and positive culture. A Day in the Life: Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following: Manage team performance to achieve monthly sales targets Accurate weekly forecasting to senior management Work closely with your team & GBD to understand your agency/territory and educate/promote JCDecaux Maintain high performance deadlines on response to brief. Educate clients with new products to market Identify and implement strategies to grow share on existing advertisers’ budgets.
