What You'll Do.
providing support to the Front Office on Client Due Diligence and SOW write-ups
obtain the necessary corroboration evidence and documentation to enhance the quality of SOW write-ups
clarify submissions and obtain supporting documentation where required
Prepare initial drafts of SOW write-ups based on information provided by the Front Office
Serve as a knowledge resource for the Front Office on client onboarding documentation requirements and retail banking services
Manage and process client onboarding documentation checks
provide general services to Front Office staff
Handle and respond to queries from the Front Office
perform data entry and updates in the Private Bank system
Comply with internal policies and procedures
escalate issues as necessary
