What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of professional experience in product management for technical, hardware-adjacent, or research-driven products, experience shipping at the intersection of physical devices and software, Bachelor's degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, Working fluency in quantum optics and/or photonics, grounding in classical networking, Demonstrated SaaS product experience, Track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs without formal authority, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (M. S. or Ph. D. ) in physics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field, Hands-on product or engineering experience with quantum repeaters, quantum memories, or QKD systems, Background working with trapped-ion, neutral-atom, or other matter-qubit modalities, Experience working with US government and defense customers, Active involvement in relevant standards bodies
