What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with AI, Ability to explain your approach and how you think, Experience with AI interview philosophy, Experience with AI in recruiting process, Experience with foundational identity and the systems that power relationships between people and content, Experience with polished, social-forward experiences that feel native to Pinterest, Experience with building or evolving cross-platform “social primitives” (e. g. , follows, friends, groups, messaging, recommendations/ML), Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Background in or passion for commerce and creator ecosystems.
