What You'll Do.
managing a portfolio of High Value Payment Products
supporting the Director of High Value Payments in achieving business objectives
managing the relationship with various partners throughout the bank for all facets of the product relationship
presentation and implementation of projects production your product portfolio
tactics that will build the business and optimize profitability
growth and improve the client experience
Provide on-going management of the assigned product portfolio
focusing on maximizing market share and profitability of products through collection of revenue
regular competitive reviews and cost management
Develop product roadmaps and recommendations for consideration by management and subsequent incorporation into Cash Managements overall business plan
Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
defining criteria to monitor on-going compliance to established service level agreements
and ensuring service levels meet or exceed the client’s expectations and the standards of key major competitors with reasonable consistency
Communicate business strategy and initiative updates to large groups of people via presentation formats to deliver clear
concise and effective communication
Act as a focal point for product and market information for the assigned product portfolio
providing specialized support for key client solutions during the sales cycle
Provide subject matter expertise to various internal business partners in order to support key stakeholders
