Deliver measurable business outcomes; Ensure Finance Controllers and their organisations love using Perk; Make onboarding new customers fast and scalable; Ensure data flows cleanly into major ERPs; Ensure the technical experience meets enterprise-grade reliability; Remove friction and create delight at every touchpoint for finance controllers; Accelerate the product development lifecycle; Drive step-change improvements in the product; Contribute to eliminating accounting shadow work
Industry & Context.
Identify and solve friction points in accounting workflows; Navigate ambiguity and make sound product decisions under uncertainty
Must be based within commuting distance of London hub, Relocation assistance may be available
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in product management, 2+ years leading a group of teams or managing other PMs, Customer empathy and design thinking, Proven ability to define and own product vision and roadmaps, Track record of delivering high-quality products to enterprise finance users, Deep understanding of finance automation, Experience evaluating build vs buy decisions on integrations and applying platform thinking, Fluency in data: setting clear KPIs, using quantitative and qualitative signals to prioritise, distinguishing leading from lagging metrics, Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, Fluency with modern prototyping tools, Comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git, Demonstrated ability to lead and influence multi-team product organisations, engineering and design partners, and senior cross-functional stakeholders, Excellent written and verbal communication, Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment
Nice to Have
ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Xero, QuickBooks preferred), Experience with AI research and tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Align with TravelPerk's growth and revenue targets; Manage stakeholders across Finance, Revenue, Customer Care, Compliance, and Engineering leadership; Contribute to Builders-wide strategy and cross-group alignment

Excellent written and verbal communication; Synthesize complex technical and customer information into crisp strategy narratives
Process & Methodology
Define multi-team roadmap, Set expectations for PMs, Run structured 1-1s, Drive high-velocity execution, Make bold, fast bets, Communicate progress, risks, and strategy clearly, Negotiate priorities with rigour
