What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in product management, at least 2 years leading a group of teams or managing other PMs, customer empathy and design thinking, Proven ability to define and own product vision and roadmaps, Track record of delivering high-quality products to enterprise finance users, Deep understanding of finance automation, Ability to engage fluently with engineering on architecture decisions, API design, and data flows, Experience evaluating build vs buy decisions on integrations and applying platform thinking to scale across customers, Fluency in data: you set clear KPIs, use quantitative and qualitative signals to prioritise, and can distinguish leading from lagging metrics, Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e. g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git, Demonstrated ability to lead and influence multi-team product organisations, engineering and design partners, and senior cross-functional stakeholders toward a common goal, Excellent written and verbal communication, Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment, making sound product decisions under uncertainty, and iterating based on evidence

Excellent written and verbal communication; Synthesize complex technical and customer information into crisp strategy narratives for audiences from ICs to C-level
Process & Methodology
Define and own product vision and roadmaps, Set expectations, coach craft, run structured 1-1s, Drive high-velocity execution by making bold, fast bets, Communicate progress, risks, and strategy clearly, Negotiate priorities with rigour
