Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own the end-to-end digital lending product portfolio, including marketing sites, application flows, customer portals, and broker (ISO) platforms. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a strong focus on funnel optimization, conversion, and time-to-funding improvements. Drive AI-native product experiences, including intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, and self-serve capabilities for customers and brokers. Lead experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics. Establish and govern product analytics and instrumentation standards, ensuring high-quality data tracking and self-serve insights. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Data teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality digital experiences. Translate complex underwriting and financial workflows into simple, intuitive, and high-performing user journeys. Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in fintech, digital lending, or other financial technology environments. Proven success in owning and improving end-to-end funnels with measurable impact on conversion, revenue, or operational efficiency. Strong experience working with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and statistical analysis. Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with SQL and data instrumentation practices. Experience integrating or shipping AI/ML-powered product features, with understanding of LLM-based workflows and AI tooling. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product vision, trade-offs, and insights to executive audiences.
