Develop product roadmaps and recommendations
Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
defining criteria to monitor on-going compliance to established service level agreements
ensuring service levels meet or exceed the client’s expectations and the standards of key major competitors
Communicate business strategy and initiative updates
Act as a focal point for product and market information
providing specialized support for key client solutions during the sales cycle
Provide subject matter expertise to various internal business partners

You will be supporting the Director of Cheque and Cash Payments in achieving business objectives, and managing the relationship with various partners throughout the bank for all facets of the product relationship.
