What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven track record leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech environments, Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Latin America: acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulatory, People leadership skills — experience hiring, coaching, and developing product managers, Exceptional business acumen: able to connect product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market dynamics, Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, legal, and operations, Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, go-to-market, and performance, Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

Own the product direction for South Cone LatAm payments end-to-end
Build and nurture a high-performing team of product managers
Translate EBANX's strategic ambitions into a clear
executable product roadmap

Translate business objectives into a compelling
Act as the executive voice of the South Cone LatAm payments product
Identify emerging market trends
and competitive movements
Set clear expectations

Establish effective product practices across the team — discovery
Create clarity on roles
and decision-making frameworks
Drive go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features
Oversee full product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through to delivery

Define and evolve product metrics frameworks to measure success and inform iteration
