What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership, 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business, Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution, Experience building new products (0 to 1), Track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolio at-scale, Proficient with growth analytics and experimentation, Able to define metrics, design tests, and make decisions with incomplete data, High bar for product quality and user experience, Skilled at breaking down ambiguous problems and sequencing bets, Problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex problems for team execution against business needs, Deep user empathy, High bar for user experience, Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills, using clear frameworks, story-telling and first-principles reasoning, Experience coaching and mentoring individual contributors to enhance team performance and effectiveness, Experience with sales-assisted and/or PLG motion and partnership with Partnerships and Marketing

Nice to Have

Experience at high-growth companies is preferred, In a founder or GM capacity is a plus, Experience building products in a highly regulated domain (e.g. fintech or healthcare) is a plus, Experience with SQL, data exploration, product analytics tooling (e.g.: Amplitude, Heap), and feature flagging/experimentation, Experience with AI tooling and capable of utilizing in day-to-day responsibilities, Knowledge of CRM/RevOps and Marketing stack (e.g.: Salesforce, Customer. io), Experience in late-stage or mature B2B SaaS a plus

Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for respective Advisors teams

Align strategy and execution by turning company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs

Partner deeply with Partnerships

and Marketing leadership to develop a best-in-class advisor experience and conversion funnel

Ensure products and features are delivered on time

and with high quality

Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution

Build and coach team in customer-centric practices

Improve product performance by analyzing launch results and metrics

Gather feedback from customer and prospect-facing teams

Share insights and plan iterative enhancements

Advocate for robust technical roadmaps

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership

Proactively take on opportunities beyond core responsibilities to support product strategy and drive impact

Teaching and coaching direct reports and cross-functional teams

Executing with excellence and speed

Developing and improving systems and processes that benefit the larger technology organization
