Monitor group account premium collections and ensure timely posting and reconciliation of payments
Follow up on outstanding premiums
Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports
Support controls and segregation of duties in line with internal policies
Ensure compliance with internal policies
and regulatory requirements
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Support operational audits
