Team Mission Ensure that the change being implemented is embraced, adopted and utilized by the impacted population Responsibilities Responsible for leading the Change Management (CM) workstream in our strategic transformation projects and ensures that the project meets qualitative objectives to increase employee adoption and usage of required changes. The CM focuses on the people side of change (preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures etc) Change Management tasks * Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. It includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes * Applies the Coface change management methodology to support adoption to changes required * Closely works together with the project managers and project teams to integrate CM activities in the project plans * Ensure quality of the change deliverables in the proje
